We want you to be confident in Traffic Satellite. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, subject to the conditions below.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@trafficsatellite.com from the address associated with your purchase, including your order number and the reason for your request.
Requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
We typically respond within a few business days.
3. How refunds are processed
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Once approved, refunds are usually issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Any taxes collected at checkout are refunded in accordance with the payment processor's procedures.
4. Eligibility and exceptions
To keep the guarantee fair, the following may not be eligible for a refund:
- Requests made after the guarantee window has closed;
- Purchases where the Service has been used in violation of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use rules;
- Repeated refund requests that indicate abuse of the guarantee;
- Custom or clearly non-refundable services identified as such at the time of purchase.
These exceptions do not affect any statutory rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.
5. Recurring plans
For any recurring plan, you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory refund, withdrawal, or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer law (for example, the EU right of withdrawal). Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this Policy.
