These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "Customer") and Traffic Satellite ("Traffic Satellite", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of our website, dashboard, APIs, and the generation and hosting of landing pages (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, completing a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Traffic Satellite uses automated and AI-assisted tools to generate location-specific landing pages based on information you provide (such as a website URL, business name, and target area) and to host those pages on a subdomain.

The Service may rely on third-party providers for content generation, hosting, analytics, and payments. We may modify, add, or remove features at any time.

AI-generated output is produced programmatically and may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before relying on or publishing it.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of the business information, text, logos, and other materials you submit ("Customer Content").

You grant Traffic Satellite a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display Customer Content and the resulting generated pages for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all Customer Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Subject to your payment of applicable fees, generated landing-page content delivered to you is yours to use for your business.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing;
• Impersonate any person or business or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Generate spam, doorway pages, or content intended to manipulate search engines in violation of their guidelines;
• Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of other users;
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission;
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party terms (including search engine and advertising network policies).

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the pages you publish comply with all applicable search-engine guidelines and laws. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic, or business outcome.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record), which acts as the seller of record for purchases. Your purchase is also subject to the payment processor's terms.

Prices are displayed at checkout and may be shown in your local currency. Applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax) are calculated and collected by the payment processor where required.

One-time fees are charged at the time of purchase. Where a plan is recurring, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

You are responsible for any charges incurred under your account.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy for full details and eligibility.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Cancellation of any recurring plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

The Service integrates with third parties (for example, payment, hosting, and AI providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and underlying technology, is owned by Traffic Satellite and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that AI-generated content will be accurate, or that the Service will achieve any specific result, ranking, or revenue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traffic Satellite and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Traffic Satellite from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.

Where permitted, disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief.
